Hello! -I’m Liza and I love educating people on how to live honestly-healthy, and delicious lives!

We all go through our ups-and-downs in life. Some things are much bigger than others. Whether you feel bent, over-stretched and over-stressed through hardship physically, emotionally, mentally, relationally, you name it – these things can begin to take a serious toll on you.

The most important thing I’ve learned throughout my time at the School of Integrative Nutrition is this new philosophy on food—everything we have considered as a source of nutrition is really just a “secondary” source of nourishment. So what is “primary” food then, you ask? Things that nourish our souls – relationships, career, spirituality, energy, romance, adventure and exercise routine just to name a few. However, both primary AND secondary foods are essential. To the extent in which we incorporate these and are aware of them, the more enjoyable and worthwhile our lives feel.
