What is a “HEALTH COACH”, exactly? And how are we different from everyone else?

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I am your guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for YOU!

So, How are Health Coaches different?

Nutritionists

give you a list of foods to/not eat, but most people already know this.

Therapists

do not provide an end in sight, and there is no linking of mood and diet.

Doctors

do not work on the root cause of the symptom, but instead decide which pill to give.

Health Coaches provide the HOW and WHEN.
